Ed Carroll really out did himself!

Ed Carroll first reached out to me via LinkedIn regarding a new job opportunity he thought I’d be a good fit for.  I was slightly skeptical at first, as I had previously received a lot of recommendations to job postings from places that were way off.  However, Ed's opening was unlike those others, who sent unsolicited paragraphs about a company- he actually highlighted specific experience from my profile that actually pertained to the position that he believed made me a strong candidate.  He was upfront and honest and I was interested in hearing more.  On our first call, Ed was very genuine and asked me questions about what I was personally looking for in my next job opportunity and what sort of qualities I sought in an employer.  After hearing me, he shared everything he knew about the prospective company, told me what questions to ask that he couldn’t answer and didn’t oversell anything.   I had my first interview a few days later and was immediately grateful he had thought of me for the job.  They ticked all the boxes!  Ed kept in constant contact from that point on and was checking in with me throughout my interview process.  He was supportive and responsive.  When I heard I had been selected for the position, he sent a really lovely message and congratulated me. I'm so happy to be starting this next chapter in my career.

Just a short note to let you know how magnificent it was to work with David Kohlasch.  He helped me obtain my dream job and was with me every step of the way.  David assisted me with what interviews I was going to have and with whom and called before to make sure I was ready.  In addition he even assisted with some of the questions I could ask and what questions my interviewers would ask.  When it came to salary it was exactly what David had said it would be as opposed to other recruiters that give you a number and then it needs to be negotiated.

She checked in frequently without being pushy or annoying. She was sympathetic when we believed that I was not chosen at one point. Tim Walker went above and beyond!
