To my surprise, I received a phone call the next morning from Tom Schmitt, a recruiter with Patrice and Associates about an opportunity for a kitchen manager. I had been searching for a restaurant management opportunity for about 4 weeks and had very little luck. I couldn't seem to find the "right" position or find the "right"person to help me.
