David Brown contacted me in January 2022 about a position at a brewery/restaurant in my area that was looking for someone to rejuvenate their business and create new avenues for revenue and notoriety in the industry. I was currently working full time but said yes to exploring the opportunity. After a couple month process with the interviews and meetings with the 5 owners of the business, I was offered the job! I recently moved to Charlotte NC about a year ago because of family. Oddly enough when I got a call from an unknown number which was Clint, I was actually in between jobs at the time. Nonetheless, he took the time and patience to ask me questions about why I was here in Charlotte, where I've been working, if I'm interested in the opportunities elsewhere, etc. I think our first actual conversation was about 2 1/2 hours long. Which to me was appreciated not only for the professionalism, but in this day and age just to have that much patience with someone you don't even know. He's kept great contact and put my best foot forward as well, will remain in contact throughout the training or first 60 days. I've had pretty bad experiences in the past with recruiters who had also reached out to me, but didn't remain in contact or follow through. That being said I had no plans in using a recruiting service, but to say the least, Clint is not only a true professional but just a good human being all around! Just from talking to him he actually sounds like he truly enjoys life and helping people which is rare nowadays. When I applied to the job that was posted by Patrice and Associate, I never thought that I am going to get a call from Bruce which I was surprised and when he said he is going to to send my resume to few company that he named, we started working together, and this company that offered me a job it was a second effort which the answer was yes and we went to first and second interview, and Bruce was next to my shoulder step by step and guided me from there every page.

From initial contact and first resume submissions, Liz communicated a precise plan for each step of my journey until I landed the position I am currently in now.
