My recruiter, Corina Mack, stayed by my side throughout the entire process. She has excellent communication skills. She definitely felt like a more of a friend than a recruiter. She was always accessible via email or phone. It was important to me that she listened to my ideas and what I needed from a job, and she nailed it! She was more persistent than I was and always kept a positive outlook. She coached me through everything and made the process very simple. Due to her skills, I was able to land the position and the salary that I was looking for.

What can I say about Corina?  She did a fantastic job recognizing my transferable skills and finding me the perfect job.  I admit I have high expectations of service and communication, and she not only met them but exceeded them in every way.  My process of looking for a new position for over six months was definitely making me more cynical and made it hard to believe that any recruiter would do what they said that they would.  Corina changed all of that for me and showed me that there are still people in the recruiting world that communicate consistently, effectively and genuinely care.
