She has worked in all facets of human resources (including strategic planning, recruiting & retention, employee relations & resolution, training & development, employment & labor law and benefits administration). Also, Veronica has placed hundreds of executives, managers, supervisors and hourly paid employees during her tenure working at Fortunate 500 companies. Judge brings 35 years of demonstrated business experience in the marketplace. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era and was honorably discharged. As an entrepreneur, he owned and operated a jewelry store in downtown Birmingham. Later, he successfully launched his mother’s barbeque sauce in some of the largest supermarket chains in the nation. The brand name was U.B. the Judge Barbeque Sauce. During Judge’s tenure with a Fortune 500 company, he was a railroad engineer for many years. He earned his certificate for top CEO training which equips him with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks necessary to navigate challenges successfully. He did various motivational speaking and training workshops including developing youth motivational skills programs. Judge learned that helping others to achieve their goals in life has its own rewards, but helping people on their journey to greatness is priceless.
