Catch your own fish then have it cooked fresh. This is a great concept usually found in the islands or the keys. You are on a boat all day, catch your fish, and local chefs will prepare it for you in a variety of menu options. But for those of us who want the same experience but are not in the islands or the keys, this may be the next best things. It will be interesting to see if this concept comes to the US.
