Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Assist General Manager.
  • Lead team to grow sales.
  • Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers.
  • Performance feedback and corrective action.
  • Maintenance of facility and equipment.

Position Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year's experience as a General Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant.
  • Experience with $1.5MM or higher restaurants.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated or a location closed/was sold.
  • Ability to articulate personal success stories.
  • Experience with a drive-thru window preferred, but not required.
  • Valid unrestricted driver license.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
